Migrations for Teams

The cool kids over at Revolution Health have released a plugin that looks really tasty for teams doing Rails work. While they had previously mentioned this modification to Rails Migrations, there was no code associated. I can't wait to give this a shot for our team. We were just a handful of developers last week, but through the wonders of corporate restructuring we're now quite a large team.
